  I went in on Sunday for the first time ever and got my nails done they were way too long way too thick and odly shaped I was just all around unhappy with them I kept telling the woman what I wanted fixed and she just kind of kept brushing it off and there was def a language barrier as well I realized she wasn’t going to get them how I wanted and I gave up and said I’ll just deal with it....the more I looked at them the more I hated them and realized I can’t walk around with them looking like that my coworkers kept telling me they looked like the catch me outside girls nails and they really did (that is funny but if you know who she is you know that’s bad) regardless of the quality of my nails that is NOT my reason for my negative review I was absolutely disgusted and honestly shocked at how the owner Tracy handled the situation I called in Monday morning and said I was unhappy can I come in at a certain time to have them fixed and can some one different fix them I also said I don’t want to get the girl in trouble I just want my nails fixed they said no problem..... I come in and Tracy asked me what I did not like I showed her and told her she tried to blame it on my nail and then blamed it on the color of the dip powder (how ridiculous just admit fault) she also tried to have the same woman from the day before fix them when I specifacly requested someone else when I called earlier in the day and they agreed to that so that was vary awkward as well but the worst part about it was she was extremely rude and condasending to me about it I was vary polite I just wanted my nails fixed and she made me feel extremely uncomfaterble and unwelcome again I was not mad about the poor quality of the nails the first time that can be fixed and the girl who fixed them did a great job but I will never return to this salon simply due to how I was treated by the owner Tracy she was extremely unprofessional and I would expect a lot more out of a business owner
